          Step 3 - Enter Medical Insurance Information
          Step 4 - Enter Player(s) Information
          Step 5 - Make Your Payment

If you already have entered your child into this system and would like to Add Another Child, or View/print your Invoice, or Make a Payment please click here. This option is only available if you have already registered your child in THIS system.
